In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this Policy or your use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. You must send a written Notice of Dispute to hello@scheduleur.com. If the matter is not resolved within sixty (60) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Any cause of action must be commenced within one (1) year of the date on which it accrues.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
